Head Baker

We’re looking for an experienced Head Baker to lead our production team (35–40 hours per week). You’ll plan and deliver daily production, maintain product quality, develop recipes and systems, train and rota the bakery team, and manage stock and supplier relationships — all while meeting food-safety standards. Shifts fall within our operational hours (7am–midnight); performance bonuses are available on top of the starting salary.
